Details Emergency Department with 30 physical beds and 8 hall beds Patient ratio of 1:4 Uses Baxter IV pumps, GE monitors, ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, Belmont Rapid Infusers, and portable EKG machines Meditech EMR system 12-hour shifts from 11a-11p over a 13-week assignment Every other weekend required No floating required Requirements Active TX or compact RN license required Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Department experience Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC ENPC certification preferred No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration One professional reference required Additional Information Responsibilities include NIH stroke assessments, IV/blood draws, moderate sedation, TNK administration, and cardiac monitoring Compassion, empathy, and a team player mindset are valued traits for this role Royal blue scrub attire required Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; no local candidates accepted American Traveler Job ID P-747909.
