We are seeking a Board-Certified Geriatric Medicine Physician to join a growing value-based primary care group in Mishawaka, IN located in northern Indiana. . This outpatient-only role offers predictable hours, mission-driven care, and top-tier compensation.
Job HighlightsFull-time, permanent outpatient position
Monday"Friday schedule; no nights, weekends, or call
12"15 patients/day with longer visits for quality care
