Apartment Maintenance Technician

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role will report directly to the Superintendent and will serve as a hands-on support position within the apartment.
The Maintenance Technician will assist with daily maintenance needs, apartment turnovers, work orders, preventive maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare vacant apartments for turnover
- Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Assist with repairs in apartments and common areas
- Support the Superintendent with daily maintenance operations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Communicate maintenance concerns to the Superintendent

Requirements:
- Has hands-on apartment maintenance experience
- Is reliable, organized, and able to work well with others
- Takes pride in completing quality work
- Is comfortable helping and guiding other team members
- Can follow direction while also taking initiative
