We are a property management company seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. If you take pride in keeping properties running smoothly and enjoy working with your hands in a resident-facing role, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Complete apartment turnovers including painting, repairs, cleaning, and minor upgrades
• Perform routine maintenance, including minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks
• Respond to resident work orders and emergency maintenance calls promptly
• Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas and grounds
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff to ensure high satisfaction
• Occasionally coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs
• Participate in an After-Hours emergency call rotation
• Snow removal is required.
• Communicate with Property Manager and Regional Managers

Requirements:

• 1+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in residential or multifamily housing
• Skilled in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry , and appliance repair
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and complete tasks on time
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• HVAC/EPA certification is a plus but not required
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
