Our client is offering $31-$35 per hour along with great benefits!Essential Job Functions for Maintenance Technician:Troubleshoots all property systems, and perform repairsCompletes all repairs and work orders as necessary in residential homesProficiency in electrical and plumbing repairs and troubleshootingCompletes and logs all assigned work orders in a timely fashionDrives to individual residential homes to rectify all maintenance issuesProvides excellent service to residentsKnowledge Skills and Abilities for Maintenance Technician:High school diploma or equivalentHVAC Certification preferredMinimum 1-2 years of residential maintenance experience preferredGeneral knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and serviceAbility to lift up to 60 pounds and climb laddersValid Driver’s LicenseAbility to communicate effectively both in writing and verballyAbility to be on-callWe believe in delivering the highest level of service to our clients and associates every day.
