Guest Services Specialist

Winwood Hospitality Group seeks a Front Desk Guest Services Agent to welcome guests at the Courtyard by Marriott front desk. You will handle reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and assist with guest inquiries in a fast-paced hotel environment. Responsibilities include coordinating with bell staff, recording wake-up calls, handling billing questions, and guiding guests to meeting rooms and hotel amenities.
