Responsibilities As a Visit Coaching Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and facilitating visits between parents and their children. You will work with a diverse population of families, coordinating visits, providing assistance, and offering resources to ensure the success and safety of the visits. Assess and engage families in service planning based on demonstrated needs. Plan and implement appropriate interventions using evidence based and best practice approaches. Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle, as necessary. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
