Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP Finance (20%)
• At least 11 years in Configuration/solutions evaluation/Validation/Development and deployment (20%)
• 4-6 years of SAP project implementation experience, specifically in SAP FICO and integration with other process areas (20%)
• Experience in multiple, full lifecycle SAP S/4 FICO project implementations (20%)
• Strong hands-on experience in design, configuration, and testing of core Financial Accounting (FI) and Managerial Accounting (CO) (20%)

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep product expertise in SAP Central Finance and S/4HANA, focusing on SAP Finance/Controlling/Accounting
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Product Costing/Actual Costing/Material Ledger, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Profit Center
• Experience with key integration points with SAP FICO and other SAP modules, including COPA, New GL, SD, MM, EWM
• Experience in the life sciences/pharmaceutical domain, with understanding of GXP and SOX requirements
• Fluency in English and conversational French capability
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to resolve complex issues in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
