Procurement Operations Specialist

To support operational procurement efforts, the full-time Procurement Operations Specialist II will manage sourcing and negotiations for direct and indirect goods and services while working remotely and reporting to headquarters in Albany, NY. Key responsibilities Ensure timely availability of materials for production and assist in cash management optimization Negotiate pricing and contracts with local suppliers and manage local eSourcing activities Monitor procurement metrics and KPIs to ensure compliance with organizational requirements and timely delivery of goods and services Required qualifications Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field One year of experience in the supply chain field, including contract negotiations with vendors Experience utilizing Oracle or SAP ERP systems Knowledge of inventory management and demand forecasting Familiarity with Power BI dashboards for performance analysis
