Strategic Learning & Leadership Development Manager
PDI
PDI is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to lead learning initiatives that enhance workforce performance. The successful candidate will manage the design and execution of training programs aligned with business strategies and assist in the professional growth of all associates. Responsibilities include facilitating training sessions, evaluating learning effectiveness, and collaborating with business leaders to meet development needs.
