Clinical Supervisor Opportunity

Gulfstream Staffing is partnered with a nationally recognized nonprofit mental health organization that has locations in five states. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Clinical Supervisor opportunity at an established residential facility near Baltimore, MD. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for directing the daily operations and providing supervision of the clinical team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a residential setting providing treatment to families and adolescents who are victims of trauma.

Position: Clinical Supervisor

Location: Baltimore, MD

Clinical Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Continuously monitors client treatment and proactively implements improvements and enhancements as warranted
• Develops, implements, and maintains operational and clinical policies, procedures and systems
• Directs the development and ongoing enhancement of individual treatment plans consistent with treatment philosophies & models
• Participates in the budget development process and retains responsibility for the budget in the clinical area

Clinical Supervisor Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in a related discipline required
• 3+ years of experience in a related field
• 1+ years of supervisory experience
• LCSW-C or LCPC licensure required
