What You Will Do

• Coordinate day-to-day operational priorities and drive cross-functional initiatives to successful completion.
• Diligently track projects, deliverables, action items, dependencies, and critical deadlines, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and swiftly implement practical, impactful solutions.
• Develop and maintain essential trackers, intuitive dashboards, comprehensive reports, and clear documentation to support operational excellence.
• Champion process improvement efforts and contribute significantly to operational planning.
• Orchestrate meetings, manage follow-ups, and facilitate crucial internal communications.
• Provide essential support for recruiting and interview coordination as needed, contributing to team growth.
• Act as a key liaison, coordinating effectively with vendors and external partners.
• Flexibly support special projects and adapt to evolving business priorities, driving success in a dynamic environment.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in operations, project management, program coordination, business operations, or a closely related field.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to adeptly manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrated experience successfully collaborating and working across multiple departments or teams.
• Impeccable attention to detail and a strong commitment to follow-through on all tasks and initiatives.
• Comfort and confidence in interacting and collaborating effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and a strong command of common project management tools.
