Temporary Receptionist
Location: Louisville, KY
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: October 12 & October 14 only, 8:30 AM–4:00 PM
Position Type: Temporary
We are seeking a friendly and dependable Receptionist for a short-term assignment. This position will assist with front-desk and administrative duties in a patient-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Check in patients and provide a welcoming experience
- Schedule appointments
- Collect and process payments
- Scan and organize documents
- Assist with room turnovers
- Provide general front-desk and administrative support
Requirements:
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with patients and handling payments
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable and punctual
Must be available to work both October 12 and October 14.
