Responsibilities include the delegation and direction of discipline-specific therapy services, ensuring functional treatment program designs that facilitate a return to community activities, and serving as an educator for patients, families, students, and colleagues. Responsibilities Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients. Utilize clinical reasoning to develop appropriate treatment plans focused on patient discharge goals. Maintain detailed medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations. Participate in the student program by providing a positive learning environment. Engage in professional development and continuing education activities. Adhere to state practice acts and maintain professional licensure. Contribute to organizational performance improvement initiatives. Qualifications Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school. 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
