Salary Pay: $35,500 - $45,000 with Bonus Opportunity What You’ll Do * Facilitate excellent customer service, leading team members by example toward customer care. * Thoughtfully manage team members – directing, mentoring, and delegating their daily tasks. * Address customer needs holistically, from pairing them with the right loan to assisting with taxes. * Thoughtfully sell new & existing World products to help customers meet their financial needs. * Support, collaborate with, and lean on the strengths and talents of your branch team. * Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within your branch. * Foster relationships in the community that organically drive loan & tax business to the branch.
