ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Jeff Gotch - State Farm Insurance Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
