As a Telemarketer - State Farm Agent Team Member for Matt Ricchini - State Farm Agent, your creativity and strategy promote the continued growth of our agency. Your cross-functional campaigns will expand the value generated by producers, innovate our customers' experience, and strategically position our agency whether on social media or at community events! Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote State Farm insurance products and services.
- Identify and qualify leads for agents by gathering relevant customer information.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or referrals to schedule appointments for agents.
- Maintain and update a database of prospects and customer interactions.
- Prepare regular reports on call activity, lead generation, and appointment scheduling.
Qualifications
- Previous telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Basic understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Organizational skills to manage and track multiple leads.
- Professional and courteous telephone manner.
- Focus on achieving targets and contributing to the agency's growth.
About Our Agency
- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, and College Planning.
- Our office is located in Papillion Nebraska.
- Our office is open M-F 8am to 5pm.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2006.
- Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, Bronze Tablet, and New Agent Program Qualifier
