Summary The Client Advisor is a brand ambassador who delivers exceptional client experiences by welcoming clients, discovering needs, guiding them through the brand, and cultivating long-term relationships while supporting store goals and occasional visual merchandising or training tasks. Responsibilities Provide outstanding client service consistent with brand standards. Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships through proactive outreach and engagement. Achieve and exceed personal and store sales goals and key KPIs. Support inventory preparation and execution as needed. Follow up on customer charge sends, repairs, and holds. Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand presentation. Collaborate with store leadership on operations and policy adherence. Participate as a team player in store activities and contribute to a positive work environment. Requirements Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury, or equivalent client-oriented experience. Client-centric with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Professional presentation and ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. Dependable, punctual, and flexible with the ability to perform varied duties. Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
