Clean Eatz is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to play a crucial role in overseeing all restaurant operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the restaurant. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of restaurant operations
• Lead, mentor, and guide direct reports, including the Meal Prep Lead, Line Cook Lead, and Front of House Lead
• Collaborate with the General Manager to implement and execute business strategies
• Ensure adherence to Clean Eatz standards for quality, cleanliness, and customer service
• Assist in hiring, training, and development of staff
• Handle customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution
• Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships

Qualifications:

• Management experience is required; restaurant experience is preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
• Flexible schedule with weekend availability
• Some college education preferred
