Key Responsibilities for the Recruiter:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for direct service and support staff positions • Create and post job advertisements to attract qualified candidates • Screen, interview, and evaluate applicants throughout the hiring process • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for employees • Support employee retention initiatives, feedback programs, and review processes • Complete ad hoc tasks & projects as requested

Qualifications for the Recruiter:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience required • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field preferred • Non-profit recruiting experience is a plus but NOT required • Experience with Paycom is a plus but NOT required

Salary: $58,000 – $68,500
