Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool (Nights)

Overview Join a dynamic nursing team supporting multiple hospital units, including ICU, Emergency Department, Medical-Surgical Telemetry, and Telemetry. This role involves providing direct patient care, assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions within established standards. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, develop individualized care plans, and promote patient and family-centered care through education and advocacy. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care and execute nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation of interventions within established standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans and promote patient and family-centered care through education and advocacy. Ensure patient safety, maintain quality and regulatory compliance, and participate in professional development. Work across various care settings with strong critical thinking, adaptability, and effective communication skills. Qualifications Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree with RN licensure; preferably two or more years of acute care experience, with ICU and ED experience preferred.
