Compensation: 70-90K


We're partnering with a fast growing real estate development company that is expanding rapidly and projected to double in size over the next two years. As a result, they are adding a Senior Staff Accountant to their team. This is a high visibility role reporting to the Accounting Manager with regular interaction with the Controller.

What You'll Do
• Oversee general ledger activity and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Support and participate in the monthly close process, including account reconciliations
• Analyze and resolve accounting matters such as accruals, depreciation, and intercompany transactions
• Coordinate close timelines and communicate deadlines across the team
• Partner with management to address accounting questions and priorities
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance reporting visibility
• Assist with audit requests and provide supporting documentation
What They're Looking For
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Public accounting background is a plus, but not required
• Strong Excel skills
• Real estate experience is highly preferred
