Key Responsibilities:

• The Precision: Perform exact field measurements for replacement windows, bay/bow windows, patio doors, entry doors, and storm doors.
• The Strategy: Verify project specifications and catch potential installation hurdles before the product is ordered. Good documentation is a must.
• The Standard: Follow established operating procedures, keep your paperwork accurate, and maintain a professional, positive attitude with our homeowners.
• The Communication: Act as the critical bridge between our customers, office staff, and installation teams to ensure a flawless, stress-free project.

What Were Looking For:

• The Right Experience: Prior experience with replacement window and door installation is preferred. You should already know basic construction practices and installation techniques.
• Obsessive Attention to Detail: You take pride in being accurate. You understand that a fraction of an inch matters when it comes to a perfect fit.
• People Skills: Comfortable talking to homeowners, answering basic questions, and representing the company with integrity.
• The Essentials:
  • Must hold a valid drivers license with a clean driving record to operate the company vehicle.
  • Strong work ethic, punctual, and ready to work as part of a team.
