We love creating an opportunity for our team members, providing industry training and giving people the opportunity to become experts in the field.Team Compensation And Benefits:Health, dental and vision insuranceReferral programGreat culture and team dynamicHourly pay: Starting at $25.00/hour based on experience and certificationsTeam Qualifications (Requirements):Clean criminal background check (NO felonies and/or Major misdemeanors)Ability to pass initial & random drug testingValid driver's license with a clean driving recordHave the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if neededAbility to lift 50 LBS frequently or team lift heavier itemsAble to pass a respirator fit testAble to pass a physical examination/testingRole On The Team (Job Responsibilities):1+ years' experience in finish carpentryAdditional 1+ years' experience in rough carpentry preferredExtensive knowledge of power tools, including skill saw, miter saw and jigsawPossession of basic hand tools and reliable transportation to job sitesKnowledge of lumber grades and countertop materialsFrame room additions as needed for clientSelect and evaluate materials for defectsInstall cabinets, counters and moldingFollow all code requirementsHigh attention to DetailSkilled in all areas of rough carpentry & finish carpentryWorks safely and efficiently at all times as an individual and as a teamAny certification are a plus but not requiredPlease apply if you think you have what it takes to serve others and deliver a world-class service when others need it the most.
