Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Active SLP Licensure and Colorado Department of Education Certification mandatory
• SLP-CCC preferred; consideration also given to strong Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF)
• Prior experience managing IEPs, performing assessments, and delivering direct services in a school setting
• Familiarity supporting early childhood or pre-school caseloads, especially those with intensive needs
• Strongly preferred: Training or endorsement in English Language Learners (ELL), ESL, or Linguistically Diverse Education (LDE)
• Excellent communication, organization, and progress monitoring skills
• Ability to provide guidance to SLPAs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to pre-school students in alignment with IEPs
• Conduct assessments, write therapy plans, and track progress toward goals and objectives
• Maintain thorough documentation and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Support ELL populations through adapted interventions and collaboration with other specialists
• Assist in the supervision and mentoring of SLPAs
