What You'll Do Be the Face of TriVistaUSA Welcome clients, vendors, and guests with warmth and professionalism. Create memorable first impressions and exceptional in-office experiences. Prepare meeting spaces and ensure every visit feels intentional and well cared for. Answer and direct incoming calls and emails. Support a High-Performing Team Coordinate calendars, meetings, and team communications. Take meeting notes and track action items. Assist with scheduling and client follow-up activities. Support sales, design, marketing, and production teams with administrative tasks. Keep the Office Running Smoothly Maintain an organized, professional, and guest-ready environment. Coordinate office supplies, refreshments, and shared spaces. Help organize team lunches, gatherings, and special events. Assist with accounts receivable tracking, mail handling, deposits, and general office operations. Run occasional errands as needed. Who You Are Positive, proactive and dependable. Detail-orientated with strong organizational skills. Professional communicator, both written and verbal. Comfortable juggling multiple priorities. Someone who notices what needs to be done and takes initiative. A team player who enjoys helping others succeed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, office, hospitality, or client-facing role. Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
