Registered Nurse – Intensive Care Unit (RN)We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The unit consists of 30 beds and cares for a diverse patient population with complex medical needs, including but not limited to sepsis, heart failure, hypertensive emergencies, respiratory failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), chronic kidney disease, type 2 diabetes (TDM2), and substance abuse disorders.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment.Monitor and assess patients' conditions continually and accurately.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.Operate and manage advanced medical equipment, including ventilators and other therapeutic devices.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.Educate patients and families about health conditions and ongoing care requirements.Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.QualificationsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Intensive Care Unit or similar setting.Current certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).Proficiency in managing patients requiring mechanical ventilation and hemodynamic monitoring.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.LocationThis position is located in a dynamic healthcare facility in [City, State]How to ApplyIf you are passionate about providing exceptional care to patients in critical condition and meet the qualifications listed above, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
