Deliver tailored speech therapy interventions aimed at enhancing communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing capabilities.

Collaborate closely with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nursing staff, physicians, caregivers, and families to devise integrated care strategies.

Provide education to patients and their families, guiding their progress beyond the walls of the clinic.

Occasionally assist with inpatient evaluations and therapies, maintaining a seamless continuum of care for patients throughout their treatment journey.

Ensure precise and prompt documentation in alignment with state, federal, and institutional regulations.

Engage in continued learning and collaboration with peers to stay ahead in the evolving field.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for those not yet ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days of hire.

Expertise in applying evidence-based therapies across different age groups, with a strong grasp of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing challenges.
