We are looking for a passionate and motivated Store Manager with strong leadership and mechanical skills to lead our team in Saint Cloud, MN. This is a great opportunity for an experienced manager who is looking to take their leadership experience to the next level. Job Details:

• Oversee the performance and operations of all aspects of the Saint Cloud store including both the retail and commercial businesses
• Lead a team of talented service and sales professionals in a fast paced environment and cultivate a We Can Do That culture; mentor, coach and motivate teammates develop their technical and leadership skills
• Drive store sales by achieving overall business performance objectives, including sales and productivity goals
• Ensure the team maintains a safe and clean work environment; maintain the appearance of the retail store
• Provide helpful, friendly, and respectful customer service to generate repeat customers
• Communicate clearly to serve as the liaison between technicians and customers
• Create work schedules and manage service center work flow

Requirements

Requirements:

• Five or more years of management experience in automotive service repair
• Comprehensive understanding of the automotive service market
• Strong supervisory and communication skills required
• Bachelors, Associates or Two-Year Vocational Degree preferred
• Must be able to pass background and drug tests and have a clean driving record
