Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) | Puyallup, WA | Home & School-Based ABA Pay: $25.00–$28.00 per hour Join Our Mission at Empower Behavior Solutions! Empower Behavior Solutions is growing, and we're looking for compassionate, motivated Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) to join our team! This position provides 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and school settings. We do not provide clinic-based services. Current Opportunity We're actively growing our team in the Puyallup area and are hiring Certified Behavior Technicians for current and upcoming home and school-based cases. Hours vary based on client availability and your schedule. Interested in additional hours? Many of our CBTs supplement their schedules with virtual ABA opportunities. What You'll Get Competitive pay ($25.00–$28.00/hour) Flexible scheduling Ongoing supervision and support from experienced BCBAs Professional development opportunities RBT supervision and certification support A collaborative, mission-driven team Opportunities for additional cases as they become available The chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families every day What You'll Do Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a BCBA Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs Deliver services in clients' homes and school settings Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment for every client Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality What You'll Need Required An active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification is required. We do not currently offer training to obtain the certification. Applicants without an active CBT certification will not be considered. Active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification High school diploma or equivalent Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and schools Strong communication and organizational skills Compassion, patience, and a passion for helping children succeed Preferred Two or more years of experience working with children Previous ABA therapy experience About Empower Behavior Solutions At Empower Behavior Solutions, we're more than a workplace, we're a team dedicated to helping children reach their fullest potential.
