About xScaleDuring 2019, Equinix took a significant step in its plan to support the rapid growth of hyperscale customers with the establishment of a joint venture to own, run, and develop xScale data centers in Europe. This role is part of our global xScale Controllership team, supporting the largest and most complex U.S. joint venture. You will join a high-energy, collaborative environment where learning, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional partnership happen every day.The Accounting Process Excellence Lead is responsible for reviewing and redesigning core accounting processes end‑to‑end. This includes mapping workflows, identifying inefficiencies or process bottlenecks, and implementing solutions that streamline work, reduce manual effort, and promote a “fix‑at‑source” approach. The role will collaborate closely with functional leads across xScale Controllership to drive standardization, enhance process and data quality, and ensure accounting activities operate efficiently, consistently, and with minimal rework. This temporary role will play a critical part in accelerating process improvements over a focused four‑month engagement.
