Responsibilities Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer beauty goals. Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, using text and social media as selling tools. Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services. Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges and open rewards accounts to build customer loyalty. Maintain department presentation, organization, and cleanliness while collaborating with team members to create a welcoming environment. Requirements Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare with strong customer service skills. Ability to connect with customers, handle concerns empathetically, and build a customer following. Strong multitasking, organization, follow-through, and interest in using technology to sell. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
