Facilities Compliance Services, Part of the Altus Fire & Life Safety Family of Companies, is looking for a Kitchen Hood Suppression Systems Technician to join our team!

Responsibilities

Install, inspect, test, service, and maintain kitchen hood fire suppression systems
Inspect fire extinguishers per NFPA 10
Inspect emergency lighting systems per NFPA 101
Perform work in compliance with NFPA standards, and company procedures
Diagnose system issues and complete repairs as needed
Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time
Communicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and team members
Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicle in good condition
Adhere to all safety regulations and OSHA standards

Required Skills

Experience: At least 2+ years of hands-on experience with kitchen hood suppression systems
Licensing/Certifications:
- Requires an F-4 License
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity and experience with Ansul systems
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in commercial kitchens or restaurant environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Hourly Rate: $32.00- $40.00 / Hour
