We operate a modern fleet of buses and motorcoaches for charters, tours, and scheduled services. We're currently seeking skilled Bus Mechanics to join our full-time maintenance team and help keep our fleet running safely and efficiently. Job Summary As a Bus Mechanic, you'll perform inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on buses, motorcoaches, and related equipment. You'll work in a fast-paced shop environment where safety, reliability, and teamwork are top priorities. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and inspections on buses and motorcoaches Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues Repair engines, brakes, transmissions, HVAC systems, and other components Conduct road tests and post-repair evaluations Maintain accurate service records and documentation Ensure compliance with DOT and company safety standards Collaborate with drivers and dispatch to address vehicle concerns Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years of experience in diesel or heavy vehicle maintenance (bus experience preferred) Valid driver's license (CDL a plus) Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Must have own tools Must be able to pass background check and drug screening Benefits $5,000 sign-on bonus (conditions apply) Competitive hourly pay based on experience Health, vision, and dental insurance 401(k) retirement plan Supportive team environment Full-time schedule with consistent hours Schedule: 2nd shift #J-18808-Ljbffr Star Shuttle & Charter
