Commercial Roofing Service Manager

Compensation: $75,000+ base salary, plus performance-based bonus

Our client, an established commercial roofing contractor, is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Manager to help grow and manage its service operations.

This position requires someone who understands commercial roofing, can build long-term customer relationships, and is comfortable actively selling roofing service, repair, maintenance, and replacement projects. The ideal candidate will have a stable employment history, strong communication skills, and a track record of generating revenue.

• Develop new business by calling on prospective and existing customers
• Sell commercial roofing service, maintenance, repair, and replacement projects
• Build and maintain a strong customer base
• Estimate, price, and manage commercial roofing service jobs
• Provide customers with a responsive and professional experience
• Coordinate scheduling, documentation, job updates, and internal communication
• Work closely with estimating, operations, safety, and field teams
• Support the training and professional development of field employees
• Ensure projects are completed safely, profitably, and to company quality standards
• Represent the company’s core values of honesty, safety, quality, and teamwork

• 3–5+ years of commercial roofing experience
• 3+ years of sales, business development, or customer service experience
• Proven ability to sell and close commercial roofing projects
• Experience estimating or managing roofing service work
• Strong customer relationship and account-management skills
• Stable employment history with good tenure in prior positions
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple projects
• Positive, solutions-oriented approach to challenges
• Strong work ethic and leadership capabilities

• Base salary starting at $75,000 , depending on experience
