We're looking for performance-minded individuals that will help us continue to drive success – apply today to join the nation's largest automotive retailer!Who We're Looking For:3+ years of client-facing sales experienceAutomotive experience not required, business-to-business sales experience welcomed!Commercial vehicle sales experience and knowledge of Sprinter vehicle offerings preferredFamiliarity with dealership management systemsProficient in converting leads and overcoming objectionDemonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and retentionAcceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residenceWhat You'll Do:Greet and assist corporate, fleet, and individual commercial customers both in-store and onlineHelp clients select the right vehicle based on their personal or business needs and lifestyleConduct product presentations and test drivesFollow up with leads and maintain ongoing customer relationshipsWork closely with management and finance to finalize dealsMaintain a high level of product knowledge (features, technology, trim levels)Deliver a world-class customer experience from start to finishTotal RewardsThe estimated annual earnings for this position ranges from $41,600 to $115,000. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual payable gross and bonuses based on individual units sold and manufacturer approvability.Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
