About the Role

Arrow Roofing is a growing Colorado exterior company serving homeowners across the south Denver metro. We are hiring an experienced Residential Project Manager to run the full sales and project cycle on roofing, exterior paint, and siding jobs — from first appointment through completed, paid project.

This is a fully independent role for a self-starter who knows how to sell, manage supplements, and take ownership of results. You will work a mix of self-generated and company-provided leads across the south metro region. Because commission is paid on the growth of each job — including supplements — motivated reps with experience easily earn $100K+.

Territory

South Denver metro — from Denver down through South Denver and nearly to Colorado Springs, covering the entire south metro region.

What You'll Do

• Own the full sales cycle on residential roofing, exterior paint, and siding projects — inspection, estimate, proposal, close, and project management through completion.

• Work both self-generated and company-provided leads to build a consistent pipeline.

• Conduct thorough exterior and roof inspections and prepare accurate, competitive scopes of work.

• Identify and manage supplements to maximize job value and homeowner outcomes.

• Coordinate crews, materials, and schedules to deliver quality work on time and on budget.

• Serve as the homeowner's main point of contact, delivering a professional, high-trust experience start to finish.

• Operate independently — manage your territory, your schedule, and your numbers.

What You Bring

• Experience in residential roofing and/or exterior sales and project management (roofing, paint, and siding a strong plus).

• A proven ability to sell, close, and manage jobs from start to finish.

• Working knowledge of insurance/retail jobs and the supplement process.

• Self-motivated and fully independent — you drive your own results.

• Strong communication and relationship skills with homeowners and crews.

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to conduct on-site roof/exterior inspections across the south metro.

• Comfort with CRM/estimating tools and standard business software.

Compensation

Commission paid on the growth of each job, including supplements — motivated, experienced reps easily earn $100,000+.
