salary: $22 - $26 per hour

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition Support: Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process for staff and volunteers, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.

• Onboarding & Offboarding: Lead the onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they receive proper orientations, equipment, and an introduction to the organization’s mission and culture. Manage structured offboarding processes.

• HR Administration: Maintain accurate, confidential personnel files and HRIS database records in strict compliance with labor laws and non-profit regulations.

• Benefits & Payroll Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding health benefits, paid time off (PTO), and leave administration; assist with bi-weekly payroll prep.

• Employee Engagement: Assist leadership in planning staff workshops, wellness initiatives, and culture-building events to maintain high morale and retention.

• Compliance & Reporting: Help prepare documentation for external audits, grant tracking compliance, and annual reporting.
