Addison Group is partnering with a well-regarded organization in the Washington, DC area to find a skilled Human Resources Coordinator. This role offers the opportunity to join a supportive HR team in a hybrid work environment.

We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support the HR department by managing internal and external HR inquiries, assisting with recruitment, and maintaining accurate personnel records. Respond to employee and external HR-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate assistance

Assist with sourcing and recruiting candidates through various channels

Support managers in performance management and review processes

2+ years of experience in a Human Resources role

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred

Opportunity to work closely with an experienced HR team

Exposure to multiple areas of HR
