Job Description:
A healthcare organization is seeking a Registered Dietitian II to support department needs by providing nutrition education and nutrition therapy to patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient nutritional needs and develop individualized care plans. 
• Provide nutrition counseling and education to patients and families. 
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement and monitor treatment plans. 
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and records. 
• Create and personalize nutrition education materials. 
• Support staff training and share specialty knowledge. 
• Promote nutrition services and community health programs. 
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. 
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Three years of Registered Dietitian experience is required. 
• Must have active and valid Texas Registered Dietitian Licensure.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) by Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) required. 
• Exercises comprehensive knowledge and professional judgment within the limits of individual qualifications.
• Build collaborative relationships to encourage professional growth and development.
