Immediate start opportunity with excellent benefits and ongoing support.Location: Shreveport, LA (2600 Greenwood Road)Start Date: 10/05/2026End Date: 01/02/2027Shift: 10-Hour Days (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM or 10:45 AM - 7:15 PM)Hours/week: 40 hours/weekEmployment Type: Travel/ContractLicensure: RN License requiredExperience: Minimum of 2 years in OR or acute care settingHourly Pay Rate: $50.92Benefits:Competitive pay packagesWeekly pay via direct depositComprehensive medical benefits (W-2)Robust referral bonus programPaid sick time per applicable lawsLicensure, certification, travel, and related reimbursementsWhat You'll DoCirculate in the Operating Room for various complex procedures including robotic surgeries, neuro-spine, neuro-vascular, urology, and transplant casesAssist with surgical cases such as laparoscopic cholecystectomy, nephrectomy, bariatric surgeries, and transplant surgeries (kidney, liver, pancreas)Support anesthesia and surgical tech teams during proceduresProvide patient support before, during, and after surgeries, ensuring safety and adherence to protocolsMaintain sterile environment and assist with instrumentationPrepare operating rooms for upcoming cases and clean up afterwardParticipate in on-call rotations and holiday coverage as scheduledWhat You NeedRequired:Valid RN licenseMinimum 2 years of OR or acute care experienceBLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certificationsExperience with robotic surgeries (Da Vinci) and neuro-spine/vascular proceduresAbility to pass an EKG competency exam prior to startPreferred:Transplant surgery experience (kidney, liver, pancreas)CardIO/Thoracic experienceExperience in first assisting or scrub roles in the ORAbout the Assignment Join a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on delivering exceptional surgical care.
