ESSENTIAL DUTIES Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints. Capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing our marketing strategies to drive sales (leagues, open play bowling, etc.). Develop and maintain a good relationship with league bowlers and officers to help grow our league business; adhere to league formats, distribute league announcements, and perform other administrative duties associated with our leagues. Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling a talented team of hourly center staff. MANAGEMENT SKILLS Lead the team and influence them through effective motivation; leverage the individual strengths of your team members to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity by working with your team side by side every day. FOOD & BEVERAGE SALES Assist in overseeing the management and expansion of your center’s Food & Beverage program, ensuring the highest quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction in our dining offerings. Provide ongoing training and supervision to ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives and standards, fostering a thriving sales culture. FLEXIBILITY Ability to work varying shifts, from weekends to holidays, in addition to extended workdays as needed by your center. You are a dedicated team player looking to grow, excelling at developing talent, partnering with your center’s management team, and delivering a world-class guest experience. Strong communication skills and professional flexibility allow you to support the center through extended workdays, nights, weekends, and holidays. Entry‑level, the Supervisor position may be a gateway to a management role. DESIRED SKILLS HS Diploma (Bachelor’s Degree preferred) A commitment to great guest service 1‑2 years experience in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Restaurants Solid communication skills Strong team player and people developer Thrives in a fast‑paced environment WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS Typical entertainment environment: walk, bend, stand for periods of time; may lift objects with some assistance. The pay rate for this position is $18.00 to $21.00 per hour.
