Job Summary

As a Client Success Manager, you will support SSC’s growth and retention efforts by developing, documenting and managing key programs related to client relationship management, account health tracking and operational improvements. Working closely with the Client Success team, operational leadership and support teams, you will support all Client Success activities inclusive of governance, retention, stabilization and account information upkeep. The ideal candidate has experience leading complex programs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster compliance and engagement across multi-level internal stakeholder groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Management: Support development and own administration of all aspects of account management, growth, and retention programs, including processes, tools, account data and training.
• Process Improvement: Streamline workflows, introduce optimal strategies and technologies, and improve team efficiency while maintaining flexibility across operations.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure all initiatives and documents meet program standards, track critical metrics, and coordinate corrective actions as needed.
• Project Management: Manage multiple large-scale projects with urgency and efficiency, balancing deadlines and priorities to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Proposals & Presentations: Craft and refine client-facing documents including operational reporting, retention proposals and presentations, collaborating with operations and sales teams to ensure clear, compelling messaging.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience with 3+ years in program/project management; Facilities Management experience is a plus.
• Proven record developing, implementing and streamlining cross-functional programs and processes that elevate client outcomes with defined metrics of success.
• Strong collaboration skills to engage internal stakeholders in change management initiatives that drive client growth and retention goals.
• Expertise in crafting client documents, proposals, and presentations with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with strong prioritization, organizational and time management skills.
• Travel required less than 25%
