Warehouse Manager

Location: SCP Distributors; Nashville, TN – 06 1736 River Hills Drive, Suite 2, Nashville, Tennessee 37210. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary with annual bonus opportunities. Responsibilities: Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse employees. Assist in accurately pulling, filling, packing, and setting up orders for delivery or pickup. Organize shipment priorities such as UPS, commercial carriers, daily, and job‑site deliveries; stage orders for efficient loading and verification. Manage safety and HAZMAT compliance for the facility. Establish operational procedures for verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of merchandise, and managing inventory. Assist with loading delivery trucks. Receive shipments, log them into inventory, conduct audits, and maintain accurate inventory records. Maintain effective security and inventory control procedures. Manage driver‑related issues, including drug screenings, licensing, and DOT compliance; handle fleet issues. Ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and operates efficiently. Process returns accurately. Secure all equipment, doors, and gates at the end of each day. Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and other required technologies. Perform additional job duties as assigned. Qualifications: 3+ years of supervisory and warehouse management experience. Delivery operations experience and knowledge of full warehousing systems. Strong communication skills with customers and management. Prior forklift experience. Proficiency with MS Office. Experience using PRELUDE or other warehouse inventory software. Ability to work at heights and regularly lift and move up to 100 pounds. Good written and verbal communication skills. Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
