• Execute detailed usability testing scenarios across various web applications, covering key user flows and tasks.
• Identify and document any friction points, confusing navigation, or frustrating interactions within the web app experience.
• Provide strategic recommendations to product managers and UX designers to optimize user journeys and improve overall satisfaction.
• Conduct heuristic evaluations and cognitive walkthroughs to anticipate user needs and potential usability issues.
• Submit comprehensive daily or weekly reports on web-app UX observations and strategic improvements.

Requirements:
