Part‑Time Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) Ransomville, NY | Part‑Time | W‑2 Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a part‑time basis at our facility in Ransomville, NY. Key Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough patient assessments. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff. Provide family education and caregiver training as appropriate. Participate in care planning meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Adhere to all applicable federal, state, and facility compliance standards. Qualifications Master's degree or Doctorate in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current New York State licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist (required). Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech‑Language Pathology (CCC‑SLP) preferred. Experience in a skilled nursing facility, rehabilitation, or acute care setting preferred. Strong clinical documentation skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Compensation $35.00 per CPT code | W-2 Employment Benefits Commuter Stipend: $175/month upon completion of 80 hours in a calendar month; prorated otherwise. 401(k): Enrollment is effective immediately upon hire; employer match is distributed at the end of each calendar year. CEU Stipend: $250 annually to support continuing education and licensure maintenance. Student Loan Repayment: $125/month; enrollment available after your first year of employment.
