Who We're Looking For The right person: Has sales experience or a strong desire to become excellent at sales. Is comfortable meeting new people and making phone calls. Is self-motivated and doesn't need constant supervision. Is coachable and wants strategic guidance. Is active in their community or wants to become more connected. Understands the value of personal branding and marketing. Is committed to personal growth through books, training, and continuous learning. Wants to build a long-term career, not just find a job. If you do not currently have an Arkansas real estate license, you will need to obtain one. This includes completing the required 60-hour pre-license course and passing the state exams. What You'll Do Prospect and build relationships with property owners, investors, and business leaders. Generate and pursue commercial real estate opportunities.
