End User Computing - Desktop Administrator

Responsibilities Deskside Management, Touch Support, Local IT, Imaging, O365 Support, Investigate and troubleshoot software and desktop issues. Provide all desktop, laptop, printer and proprietary software support and administrative functions for desktop user issues. Remote support and troubleshooting of end‑user issues. Windows OS and MacBook support. Zscaler troubleshooting. Manage and support end‑to‑end Remote Desktop related activities. Understand business and technical requirements, and provide solutions, design and implementation approaches for SCCM, Intune and Windows 10. Have prior experience in design and implementation of an SCCM hierarchy. Qualifications Prior experience designing and implementing migration to SCCM from other tools. Good communication skills. Experience with SCCM, Imaging and Patch Management, Software Distribution, and O365 Support. Salary Salary Range: $65,000–$85,000 a year Benefits Discretionary Annual Incentive.
