General Manager – Bon Délire (San Francisco)

Bon Délire is seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven General Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of restaurant operations. This is an opportunity for a passionate leader to join a growing restaurant group and play a key role in shaping the future of one of San Francisco's most exciting dining destinations.

• Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 annually

The General Manager is responsible for leading daily operations, developing team members, driving financial performance, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about hospitality, service excellence, and team development.

• Oversee all front and back-of-house operations
• Lead, coach, and develop management and hourly team members
• Maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and operational excellence
• Drive sales growth and profitability while managing labor and cost controls
• Ensure compliance with company standards and local health and safety regulations
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent
• Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and vendor relationships
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture
• Act as the face of the restaurant, building relationships with guests and the local community

• 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, upscale casual or fine dining environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage financial performance, labor, and costs
• Passion for hospitality and team development
• Wine and beverage knowledge is a plus
• Experience with restaurant management systems and scheduling platforms
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
