Assistant Business Development Manager

What You're Expected To Do Effectively lead the customer acquisition strategy for InsureMe. Improve and manage customer experience across touchpoints. Negotiate and recommend Insurance solutions to fit customer requirements. Act with ownership to deliver individual targets to drive company performance. Profile Minimum 2 years of sales experience, Experience in the insurance industry will be an added advantage. Having a technical qualification will be an added advantage. Strong interpersonal & presentation skills with a good oral command of Sinhala, Tamil, or English. Having sound IT Literacy (MS. Office package) is essential. A result-oriented individual with the ability to achieve set targets and meet deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
